Because we are dedicated to providing the best socks possible, we rarely encounter issues at Box of Socks. However, we recognise that sometimes things simply don't go as planned, necessitating a return or refund.
Our easy returns and exchanges policy reflects our desire for every customer to be completely satisfied with both our service and our socks.
Received faulty or damaged socks?
Aside from our sincere apologies, we will send you a new pair of socks or give you a full refund, including shipping costs, depending on your preference. Please email us with some images of the fault or damage, and we'll do our best to make things right as soon as we can.
Have you received the wrong socks?
Please get in touch with us right away if we made an error processing your order (we are only humans and occasionally make mistakes), and we'll fix it right away! Once the wrong socks are returned, we can offer a refund or exchange, and of course we'll pay for return shipping due to our error!
Incorrect shipping information entered?
Please send an email as soon as possible if you made a mistake or your computer incorrectly filled in your shipping address. Before the carrier delivers your order, we'll try to intercept it and deliver it to the right place. Please don't wait, as we pride ourselves on quick despatch times. We must levy a $10 return-to-sender fee if your order has already been shipped or if you are unaware that you entered the wrong address and it is returned to us. This is to pay the fee that the carrier assesses us for each package that is returned. We will deduct this amount from any refunds due to you or give you store credit for future purchases, less this fee, if you provide us with accurate shipping information. Lost Package?
In most cases, the very next business day after you place your order, we pack and send it. You will receive a shipping notification email from us when your order is prepared to be shipped. If you haven't received it, please check your junk folders. You can find out the location of your order and the time it was delivered by using the tracking number. If you want more information about the delivery or if you have a question about it, get in touch with the carrier. They can give you this information thanks to their thorough tracking system. Please get in touch with us if that doesn't work; we'll try to work out a solution with the carrier on your behalf.
